General Policy

At OFLUNA, we strive to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have implemented the following return and refund policy:


Strict No Refund or Return Policy on Opened Items

Once a product has been opened, unsealed, or used, it is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain product hygiene, customer safety, and ensure the quality and integrity of all our goods.

We kindly ask all customers to double-check their orders and confirm the product is correct before opening or using it.


Returns of Unopened Items

If you receive an item and decide that it is not suitable for any reason, you may request a return only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To request a return:

  • Contact us at oflunacare@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item in its unopened condition.

  • Returns must be approved in writing by our customer care team before being sent back.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was sent incorrectly or was damaged upon arrival.

Returned items must arrive in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing oflunacare@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect item

  • A description of the issue

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund if the damage or error is verified to be on our end. Any report submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all conditions:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Products not in original packaging

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
